Integration services (like WhatsApp messaging) are provided on a pre-paid credit basis. Credits are non-refundable unless the service is terminated by SanctuaryStack.
SanctuaryStack is not liable for any damages arising from notification delivery failures, browser-level PWA restrictions, or outages of third-party APIs (including optional integrations like Meta/WhatsApp).
