By using SanctuaryStack, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a church, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
SanctuaryStack is a subscription-based service. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless specified in our "Risk-Free Trial" promise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use SanctuaryStack for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must obtain opt-in consent from all contacts before messaging them. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these policies.
If you choose to enable our optional WhatsApp Business integration, you agree to comply with the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. WhatsApp is provided as an optional emergency channel; your primary messaging should happen via the SanctuaryStack built-in platform.
SanctuaryStack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including issues arising from third-party APIs.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our servers.
