One plan with everything for most churches, a larger plan for larger congregations, and no features held back. Here's our thinking, in plain numbers.

Church software pricing is often confusing. A low starting price, then a list of features locked behind higher tiers: attendance on one plan, giving on another, prayer care on a third. Small churches end up with half a system, and nobody can say what it really costs.
We decided to do it differently.
The idea: we gate scale, never tools
Every church on Sanctuary Stack gets every feature: QR check-in, the member app, broadcasts and notifications, the worship rota, confidential prayer care, giving records and statements, automations and the AI assistant connection. Churches pay more only when they are bigger, because serving more members and more admins costs more to run.

Paying yearly costs ten months' price for twelve. Prices are in rupees; GST is extra where applicable.
What's included that people ask about
- We import your member list for you. Send us your spreadsheet; you don't need to retype anything.
- Set up before your next Sunday. We help you configure services, groups and your app's look on a setup call.
- No transaction fees on giving. Members give through UPI or bank transfer directly to your church's account.
- No AI markup. If you use Claude or ChatGPT, you connect your own subscription; we don't charge for AI usage.
- No app store fees. Your church app is installed straight from the web.
Why there's no free plan
A church's records deserve a tool that is properly set up and properly supported. A modest, honest price lets us give every church real setup help and real support, and keep building the features churches ask for.
